"Glampling" is the name Novelty Inc gave to this premium tier of the Fun Doh dumpling line, and it fits: every mystery dumpling ships in one of four finish styles — chrome, airbrushed gradient, crackle paint, or solid color — each crafted to look like it belongs on a shelf, not in a gas station bin. Across all finish types, there are 36 possible mystery styles to discover, making this the largest variety assortment in the Fun Doh dumpling line.
Inside is the Fun Doh compound: soft enough to compress in one hand, dense enough to feel substantial, and slow enough in its release to be worth watching. At 4 inches across and 0.7 lb, the Glampling has real weight to it. You notice the difference immediately when you pick one up.
